All cancellations must be made via phone by calling us 0201 777 288 during office working hours (Monday to Friday 8-18). The cancellation can’t be made via email, SMS, voice mail or social media.
If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the procedure time, you have to pay 30 % of the procedure price.
If you cancel less than 3 weeks before the procedure time, you have to pay 50 % of the procedure price.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the procedure time, you have to pay the procedure price in full.

For missed or unused appointment slots, we will charge the full procedure cost.
For missed consultation and follow-up appointments, a fee of 60 € will be charged.
