CANCELLATION POLICY — SURGICAL PROCEDURES

  • If the cancellation is made only 11-14 days before the reserved procedure time, you’ll get charged 30 % of the whole procedure price.
  • If the cancellation is made only 7-10 days before the reserved procedure time, you’ll get charged 50 % of the whole procedure price.
  • If the cancellation is made under 7 days before the reserved procedure time, you’ll get charged 100 % of the whole procedure price.

CANCELLATION POLICY — NON-SURGICAL PROCEDURES

  • FREE cancellation: a reservation to procedure or consultation has to be cancelled within 24 hours by phone tel. +358 201 777 288.
  • Irreversible, unused reservation, you’ll get charged 30 % of the whole procedure price (atleast 60 euro). Applies also to consultations.
  • You can not cancel a reservation by email or in social media.
