Pigmenttihoito-wiki
Perustietoa
Pigmenttimuutoksiksi kutsutaan ihossa olevia ruskeita tai ruskehtavia ei-toivottuja länttejä. Pigmenttihäiriöitä ovat esimerkiksi maksaläiskät, pisamat, kesakot ja erilaiset auringon UV-säteilyn aiheuttamat vaarattomat värimuutokset. Etenkin kasvojen, kaulan ja rintakehän alueilla olevat pigmenttiläiskät koetaan usein harmillisiksi.
Maksaläiskät ja muut pigmenttiläiskät liittyvät usein ihon normaaliin ikääntymiseen ja auringonottoon. Läiskiä voi tulla myös hormonaalisista syistä, esimerkiksi raskauden aikana. Myös arpien ja ihovaurioiden pigmentoituminen on varsin tyypillistä.
Maksaläiskät pois – mutta miten?
Ei-toivottuihin pigmenttimuutoksiin voi suhtautua monella tavalla. Ehostuksen avulla ihon sävyeroja on mahdollista häivyttää jonkin verran. Markkinoilla on myös erilaisia kosmeettisia ihonhoitotuotteita, joiden sanotaan hajottavan liikapigmentaatiota. Lisäksi pigmenttihäiriöitä voidaan hoitaa laserilla, mikroneulaimella sekä kemiallisilla kuorinnoilla. Nämä tepsivät läiskiin ja liikapigmentaatioon huomattavasti tehokkaammin kuin kosmetiikkatuotteet.
Mikäli haluat päästä eroon maksaläiskistä tai muista pigmenttimuutoksista, prosessi on hyvä aloittaa maksuttomasta Visia-ihoanalyysista. Visia-laite kuvaa ihosi kaikki kerrokset ja kertoo sekä asiantuntijalle että sinulle, millainen hoito sopii parhaiten juuri sinun ongelmiesi ratkaisemiseen. Myös hoidon päätteeksi on hyvä käydä Visia-analyysissa. Visian avulla saa selville, kuinka iho on reagoinut tehtyihin toimenpiteisiin.
Maksaläiskät pois laserilla – Helsinki
Maksaläiskien ja muiden pigmenttimuutosten poistamisessa laser on osoittautunut tehokkaimmaksi välineeksi.
Maksaläiskät ja muut pigmenttihäiriöt saadaan poistettua hyvinkin tehokkaasti joskus jopa yhdellä lasertoimenpiteellä. Yleensä maksaläiskät ja muut vaarattomat värimuutokset vaativat kuitenkin sarjahoitoa (2–4 laserkäsittelyä). Parhaat ja tasaisimmat tulokset saadaan, kun iho valmistellaan laserkäsittelyyn joko miedon kemiallisen kuorinnan tai Spot Eraser -hoidon avulla.
Miten QX MAX -laser poistaa pigmenttimuutokset?
- QX MAX -laitteisto lähettää laservaloa ihon pinnan läpi sinne, missä liiallinen pigmentti sijaitsee. Vaikka lasersäde läpäisee ihon pinnan, iho ei vaurioidu.
- Päästyään pigmenttipartikkeleiden luo lasersäteet rikkovat pigmentin hyvin pieniksi hiukkasiksi.
- Kun liikapigmentaatio on hajonnut pieniksi partikkeleiksi, kehon oma immuunijärjestelmä huolehtii lopusta.
Laserhoidon aikana ihoa kannattaa hoitaa, rauhoittaa ja suojata Lamelat™-sarjan ihonhoitotuotteilla.
Poista meikki, korut ja lävistykset ennen laserhoitoa.
Spot Eraser -hoito
Spot Eraser on paikallisesti toimiva ihon vaalennushoito, jonka avulla voidaan poistaa pigmenttiläiskiä. Toimenpiteessä käytetyt aineet sisältävät laajan kirjon aktiiviainesosia, jotka toimivat monella tavalla pigmentin muodostumisen eri vaiheissa.
Spot Eraser -hoito vaalentaa syntyneitä pigmenttiläiskiä ja toisaalta myös ehkäisee uusien pigmenttiläiskien syntymistä. Lisäksi hoidolla on huomattava antiage-teho. Se stimuloi ihoa tuottamaan uutta tukikudosproteiinia (kollageeni ja elastiini) sekä kutistaa ihon kollageenisäikeitä, jolloin iho kiinteytyy. Sarjahoito tehoaa erinomaisesti myös akneen, koska se uudistaa ja kuorii ihoa, poistaa epäpuhtauksia ja lievittää tulehdusreaktiota.
Spot Eraser -toimenpide on turvallinen, helppo ja erittäin nopea. Se sopii kaikille ihotyypeille, myös erittäin herkälle iholle. Jo ensimmäinen toimenpidekerta vaalentaa maksaläiskiä ja muita pigmenttiläiskiä merkittävästi. Parhaat tulokset saadaan neljän toimenpidekerran sarjahoidolla. Tummaa ihoa ja tumman ihon pigmenttimuutoksia vaalennettaessa Spot Eraser -toimenpide yhdistetään usein laserkäsittelyyn. Tällöin iho valmistetaan laserhoitoon yhdellä Spot Eraser -hoidolla. Spot Eraser -hoidon teho perustuu innovatiiviseen raaka-ainekokonaisuuteen ja tehoaineiden lääketieteellisiin pitoisuuksiin (huomattavasti suuremmat pitoisuudet kuin kosmetiikkatuotteissa).
Hoidossa käytettäviä aineita ovat muun muassa seuraavat:
- hydrokinoni, joka vaalentaa tehokkaasti ihon pintaa
- arbutiini, joka vaalentaa ihoa tehokkaasti ja estää uusien läiskien syntymistä
- luonnosta löytyvä kojichappo, joka vaalentaa syntyneitä läiskiä sekä estää uusien läiskien syntymistä
- sitruunahappo, joka estää pigmenttiläiskien syntymistä ja toimii antioksidanttina
- C-vitamiini, joka estää pigmenttiä kasautumasta ihoalueille ja toimii antioksidanttina
- maitohappo, joka kuorii tehokkaasti ihoa vaalentaen pigmenttiläiskiä ja uudistaen ikääntyvän ihon rakennetta
- luonnosta peräisin oleva fytiinihappo, joka vaalentaa ihoa ja estää uusien läiskien syntymistä
- Kudzu Symbiozone, joka hajottaa pigmenttiä hoitoalueella ja toimii antioksidanttina
- Lightocean-merileväuute, joka hajottaa pigmenttikasautumia, estää liikapigmentin syntymistä jatkossa ja toimii voimakkaana antioksidanttina
