Maksaläiskien vaalentaminen on prosessi, joka alkaa ihon analysoimisesta. Maksaläiskä-nimitys on laajentunut koskemaan kaikkia erilaisia pigmenttimuutoksia: pisamia, kesakoita, auringon aiheuttamia värimuutoksia ja varsinaisia hormonaalisten tekijöiden aiheuttamia maksaläiskiä. Erilaisten pigmenttiläiskien takana on erilaisia tekijöitä. Läiskien juurisyyt voivat olla monessakin eri ihokerroksessa. Eri syistä ja eri ihokerroksissa syntyneet läiskät ja vaativat vaalentuakseen erilaisia toimenpiteitä.
Pigmenttimuutokset liittyvät usein ihon normaaliin ikääntymiseen (“age spots”). Varsinaiset melasmat ja chloasmat (“maksaläiskät”) ovat seurausta hormonitoiminnasta Myös arpien ja ihovaurioiden pigmentoituminen on varsin tyypillistä.
Cityklinikalla maksaläiskien vaalentaminen ja kaikenlaisten pigmenttimuutosten hoito onnistuu. Käytössämme ovat erittäin tehokkaat laserlaitteet sekä laaja valikoima kuorintaliuoksia.
Tehokkaimmaksi pigmenttimuutosten hoitomuodoksi on osoittautunut laserhoito. Maksaläiskien ja muiden pigmenttimuutosten poisto onnistuu hyvinkin tehokkaasti. Tuloksia saadaan yhdellä lasertoimenpiteellä tai sarjahoidolla (2–4 laserkäsittelyä).
Cityklinikan käyttämä Starwalker®/QX MAX -laite edustaa markkinoiden uusinta ja tehokkainta laserteknologiaa. Pigmenttimuutosten kannalta käyttämillämme laitteilla on seuraavia etuja:
1. Laserlaitteisto lähettää laservaloa ihon pinnan läpi sinne, missä liiallinen pigmentti sijaitsee. Vaikka lasersäde läpäisee ihon pinnan, iho ei vaurioidu millään tavalla.
2. Päästyään pigmenttipartikkeleiden luo lasersäteet rikkovat pigmentin hyvin pieniksi hiukkasiksi.
3. Kun liikapigmentaatio on hajonnut pieniksi partikkeleiksi, kehon oma immuunijärjestelmä huolehtii lopusta. Jätteenhuollosta vastaavat solut poistavat pienet partikkelit ihosta.
Spot Eraser on paikallisesti toimiva ihon ja pigmenttiläiskien vaalennushoito. Toimenpide sopii myös aknen ja ikääntymismuutosten hoitoon. Spot Eraser -hoidon aktiiviaineet toimivat monella tavalla pigmentin muodostumisen eri vaiheissa:
Spot Eraser -toimenpide on turvallinen, helppo ja erittäin nopea. Se sopii kaikille ihotyypeille, myös erittäin herkälle iholle. Maksaläiskien vaalentaminen vaatii 1–4 Spot Eraser -käsittelyä.
Spot Eraser -hoito korjaa seuraavia iho-ongelmia:
Spot Eraser -toimenpide soveltuu vartalon kaikille alueille.
Spot Eraser -toimenpide on tehokas mutta silti erittäin nopea. Hoidon ensimmäinen vaihe tehdään klinikalla. Toisessa vaiheessa ihoa kotihoidetaan Lamelat™-voiteella ohjeen mukaan.
Spot Eraser -toimenpiteen vaiheet:
VAIHE I:
1. Iho puhdistetaan Spot Eraser -nesteellä.
2. Iholle levitetään esikäsittelyneste, jonka annetaan vaikuttaa viiden minuutin ajan.
3. Iholle levitetään läpinäkyvä, huomaamaton Spot Eraser -naamio erityisellä tekniikalla.
4. Naamiota pidetään iholla 0,5 – 1 tuntia riippuen ihotyypistä ja hoidettavasta ongelmasta. (Klinikalta annetaan aina yksilöllisesti räätälöidyt ohjeet potilaan ihotyypin mukaan.)
5. Potilas poistaa Spot Eraser -naamion kotona kylmällä vedellä ohjeen mukaisesti.
6. Iholle levitetään Lamelat™-voide.
VAIHE II:
Toimenpiteen jälkeen ihoa hoidetaan ohjeen mukaan vaalentavalla Lamelat-täsmätuotteella, jonka ansiosta pigmentoituneiden kohtien vaalentuminen jatkuu vielä viikkojen ajan klinikalla tehdyn toimenpiteen päätyttyä.
Spot Eraser -sarjahoito
Spot Eraser -hoitorutiini tehoaa moneen lievään iho-ongelmaan jo yhden hoitokerran jälkeen. Parhaat tulokset saadaan sarjahoidolla, jolloin toimenpide toistetaan neljä kertaa erillisen aikataulun mukaisesti. Suosittelemme sarjahoitoa, mikäli pigmenttihäiriöt tahdotaan poistaa täysin. Sarjahoito on suositeltavaa myös ikääntyvää ihoa ja aknea hoidettaessa.
Spot Eraser -hoidon aikana ja sen jälkeen iho on syytä suojata huolellisesti auringon UV-säteiltä.
