miraDry – permanently eliminate sweating without surgery

miraDry is a non-surgical procedure lasting approximately 1.5–2 hours, performed by a nurse specialized in the treatment. It is based on the use of precisely controlled, safe microwave energy. Harmless thermal energy is directed to the underarm area, causing the sweat glands to lose their function due to heat exposure. The treatment targets both eccrine and apocrine glands. As a result, not only sweat but also the unpleasant odor associated with sweating is eliminated. After the treatment, underarm hair growth is also reduced or may stop completely.
