Bookings

You can book appointments for all treatments by phone, and for some of our treatments, you can also book online.

The appointment booking phone number is 0201 777 288. The call costs the price of a mobile call (mpm) or a local network call (pvm).

Our Helsinki clinic is open Mon–Fri from 8 AM to 6 PM.

BOOKINGS FOR BOTULIN TREATMENTS WITH NURSES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE BY PHONE (NOT ONLINE)!

IF YOU WISH TO HAVE LOCAL ANESTHESIA FOR YOUR TREATMENTS, PLEASE BOOK BY CALLING.

If a surgery appointment is canceled 11–14 days before the scheduled surgery date, a fee of 30 % of the surgery cost will apply.
If a surgery appointment is canceled 7–10 days before the scheduled surgery date, a fee of 50 % of the surgery cost will apply.
If a surgery appointment is canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled surgery date, the full surgery cost is due.
For missed or appointments canceled less than 24 hours before a plastic surgeon consultation, a consultation fee of 100 € will be charged.

If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge, the cancellation or rescheduling must be made by phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This also applies to consultation and follow-up appointments.
If you have not proceeded with the treatment within a year of the initial consultation, a new consultation is required.
The fee for repeat consultations on the same treatment topic with a nurse or aesthetic doctor is 50 €.
For missed or unused appointment slots, we will charge the full procedure cost.
For missed consultation and follow-up appointments, a fee of 60 € will be charged.
Appointments cannot be canceled via email or social media.
Important: If you fall ill over the weekend and your appointment is on Monday, please call us immediately on Monday morning as soon as the clinic opens.
