Take 600 mg immediately after arriving home, and then every six hours.<\/li>\n<li>If your doctor prescribes antibiotics for you, finish the course as directed.<\/li>\n<li>Aspirin-containing pain relievers may increase bleeding and bruising. Do not use them.<\/li>\n<li>Immediately after the procedure, it is good to be upright as much as possible. Gentle walks promote recovery.<\/li>\n<li>Elevate the head of the bed, for example with pillows, during the first three nights. Try to sleep on your back.<\/li>\n<li>Using cold packs reduces swelling, bruising, and pain. Be careful not to burn your skin!<\/li>\n<li>Avoid physical exertion for the first two weeks.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid sports with a risk of injury for two months.<\/li>\n<li>It is good to treat swelling with lymphatic therapy.
