After showering, gently pat the wound dry with a towel and preferably also with a hairdryer.<\/li>\n<li>Stitches will be removed one week after the procedure. Before coming for stitch removal, it&#8217;s recommended to shower the suture area at home more thoroughly and for a longer time than usual. This will make it easier to remove the stitches.<\/li>\n<li>Skin tape (Micropore) should be kept over the wound as instructed. Follow the instructions carefully regarding the application and changing of the tape.<\/li>\n<li>Support bras should be worn 3-5 weeks day and night, and then an additional three weeks during the day. Follow the surgeon&#8217;s instructions regarding the selection and use of the bras.<\/li>\n<li>A follow-up appointment is scheduled for six months after the surgery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sports and other hobbies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After breast surgery, it&#8217;s advisable to start moving as soon as possible. We recommend long, gentle walks.
