Please also take into account the possible recovery time when booking your treatment (possible redness, swelling and\/or bruising). For botulinum toxin treatments, at least 3 months must have passed since the previous treatment before a new one can be performed.<\/p>\n

You can book appointments for all treatments by calling, and for some of our treatments, you can also book online.<\/p>\n

The appointment booking phone number is 0201 777 288. The call costs the price of a mobile call (mpm) or a local network call (pvm).<\/p>\n

Our Helsinki clinic is open Mon\u2013Fri from 8 AM to 6 PM.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY \u2014 SURGICAL AND MINI-INVASIVE PROCEDURES<\/h3>\n

Please note our cancellation terms below. If you fall sick and have to reschedule your procedure, we require a doctor\u2019s certificate.<\/p>\n

All cancellations must be made via phone by calling us 0201 777 288<\/strong> during office working hours (Monday to Friday 8-18). The cancellation can\u2019t be made via email, SMS, voice mail or social media.<\/p>\n

If you cancel less than 4 weeks<\/strong> before the procedure time, you have to pay 30 %<\/strong> of the procedure price.<\/p>\n

If you cancel less than 3 weeks<\/strong> before the procedure time, you have to pay 50 %<\/strong> of the procedure price.<\/p>\n

If you cancel less than 2 weeks<\/strong> before the procedure time, you have to pay the procedure price in full.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div>

CANCELLATION POLICY \u2014 NON-SURGICAL PROCEDURES<\/h3>\n

If you have not proceeded with the treatment within a year of the initial consultation, a new consultation is required.<\/p>\n

The fee for repeat consultations on the same treatment topic with a nurse or aesthetic doctor is 50 \u20ac.<\/p>\n

A CoolSculpting or miraDry treatment can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled appointment; otherwise, we will charge a fee of 50 % of the procedure price.<\/p>\n

For missed or unused appointment slots, we will charge the full procedure cost.<\/p>\n
